kia ora…” from middle eart… <errr> i mean new zealand!!

viv had friends who rented campervans and drove around new zealand to better take in all of the majestic sights that were off the beaten path. so since we had 14 days here, we decided to do the same! we set off on our own driving/campervan’ing experience. and ‘incredible‘ doesn’t justify the beauty of this country (no wonder peter jackson chose to film all of the LOTR series here… he probably didn’t want to leave)!

    "my preh-shiiiiiisssss!"...

    – total spent on diesel: $572.66 NZD = $403.61 USD
    – total number of swear words dropped: (More …)

    konichiwa…” from tokyo, japan!

i’ve always wanted to visit the “land of the rising sun“…
wish the trip was longer but we had business to take care of so we had to make it short.

    "ohayo gozaimasui!"

one of the many highlights of the trip: riding japan’s bullet train! i enjoyed the clean/plush and speedy ride to our first destination!

first night was spent in ito city (shizuoka prefecture) at a SUPA BALLA (More …)
